So, here’s the first post of my year long project. My goal is to shoot every single day of the year and to post a shot every single day of the year. The shot that is posted may or may not have been shot on that particular day. I’ve set some rules/guidelines for myself to keep me from “cheating”, but I won’t bore you with all the useless details.

I do want to mention that I am making every shot I post available to purchase as a print. 100% of the print sales will be donated to Free Chains, a non-profit organization that is fighting the Child Sex Trade all over the US and Worldwide. I realize some of these shots will be portraits and may not be ones you want to buy, but you can always buy a print of an earlier photo!

Now to get things started, here’s a shot I recently took on top of Rockefeller Center (aka 30 Rock) in NYC.

I fell in love with the GAP ads this Christmas, and simply couldn’t resist ripping them off…

I hope your Christmas is AMAZING! See you in ’09!

Lauren and Jon- Engaged!

December 8, 2008 | Filed Under Uncategorized | 1 Comment

A few weeks back I had the chance to head down to Charleston to shoot Lauren and Jon’s engagement photos. Charleston is becoming my favorite place to shoot. There are just SO many different cool places to shoot, and I always stumble upon some side street that just blows my mind. Lauren and Jon are getting married NEXT December at The Citadel, so I am SUPER excited about heading back to Charleston to shoot the bridal session and the wedding.

I had a blast hanging out with Lauren and Jon (and some of Jon’s family even hung out with us!) as we just walked around Charleston looking for good light and great locations, which we definitely found.

Here are three of my many favorites…
